The Service Measurement and Reporting Manager is responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance of all IT services. The role supports the Senior Service Measurement and Reporting Manager and Senior Management Team in producing Service Reports and maintaining process performance analytics.
You will contribute to a robust monitoring process for IT services in the organisation. They are responsible for providing technical reporting solutions in addition to developing enhanced data analytics, within DEFRA’s ITSM Tool (ServiceNOW) supporting and enabling Supplier Management to measure performance and determine service credit eligibility.
As well as assuring the quality of supplier reporting; engaging across internal, external and supplier stakeholder groups to validate compliance with reporting processes and governance frameworks.
Please be aware that travel to our offices in Bristol, Reading and London will be required as part of this role.
