• Data design – understanding of the best patterns and approaches for handling sensitive, transactional data

• Programming – background in building online, digital services with Javascript in Node.js or experience using other languages/frameworks and a desire to cross-train to Node.js

• Continuous integration – working with continuous integration within an agile development environment
